Registration qualifying examination

The registration period is from 04.03.2025 to 21.05.2024. You can register electronically using the form below. Please complete ALL fields. Once you have submitted your details, you will receive a confirmation e-mail - please check that your details are correct. Your registration is now complete. If any information is incorrect, please use the registration form again for an updated registration.

With the electronic registration you have to submit the following proofs in form of a pdf-file to the sports institute:

• Certificate of higher education entrance qualification / Abitur certificate (certified photocopy/scan),
• Medical certificate of fitness to participate in the aptitude test (if presented, not older than 12 months; this proof, issued on the basis of the guidelines of the German Society for Sports Medicine and Prevention, is then also valid for the sports study). Without presented medical certificate, at the latest on the day of the aptitude test, participation is not possible.

The Abitur certificate can be submitted later up to the time of enrollment. The exact deadline will be announced.

It is mandatory to provide the documents to be submitted bundled in a PDF file under a permanent link in a cloud storage (e.g. Dropbox, Wetransfer, Icloud or similar). The link will be requested in the form and is mandatory to enter. Files received by mail will NOT be considered.
