Once a year in the winter semester, the Dortmund University Days take place at the Technical University of Dortmund as part of the study orientation week planned by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. All of the city's universities open their doors at the same time on these days to give students a realistic insight into university life. There is the possibility to get information about the wide range of studies offered by the TU Dortmund University by participating in lectures and seminars, workshops for pupils, experiments and guided tours as well as counseling offers. The Department of Physical Education is also involved here with its own information event and several taster offers. Further information on the Dortmund University Days and the registration procedure can be found in due course on the TU Dortmund website.
