Injury prevention and performance improvement in youth elite football players.

Goals and contents

First phase: Identification of Biomechanical factors influencing injuries and players performance through synchronizing the EMG and Isokinetic measurements and utilizing the Motion analysis and Force plate. Second phase: Investigating players performance using filed-based as well as lab-based tools. Third phase: Adopting an evidence-based prevention program and evaluate its effects on playing performance through a pilot study Forth phase: Developing the injury prevention program in the real football world Fifth phase: Evaluating compliance and implementation of the prevention program among players, coaches and football administrations.
