Jun.-Prof. Dr. Farrahi was honored to participate as a speaker at the Sports, Medicine, and Health Summit (SMHS), held in Hamburg from June 26–28, 2025.

Jun.-Prof. Dr. Farrahi was honored to participate as a speaker at the Sports, Medicine, and Health Summit (SMHS), held in Hamburg from June 26–28, 2024. He contributed to the symposium titled “The Future of Wearable Technology for Physical Activity and Health” with his talk: “Movement as Medicine – with AI Support.”.

In his presentation, Prof. Dr. Farrahi highlighted cutting-edge advancements in wearable movement tracking technologies and their transformative applications in assessing health and diagnosing diseases.

Other speakers in the symposium were Prof. Dr. Helen Dawes from University of Exeter and Dr. Marco Ottella the CEO of Xtremion.
