About the person

Research Focus:

The focus of my research is to investigate the effects of physical activity and exercise on multiple sclerosis. In this context, I address performance-physiological parameters such as the maximum oxygen uptake. I am particularly interested in the individual adaptations to exercise and training. In perspective, this may lead to individualized and optimized exercise prescriptions for those affected. In addition, we are currently conducting a study to investigate the impact of pre-operative training on the post-operative recovery process.
