Special booking plan

This booking plan is updated on an ongoing basis. According to the agreement dated 03.05.2000, the room reservations will remain valid if no written objection is lodged within 14 days of the creation date. Dates written in bold are pre-bookings by the Institute of Sport and Sport Science in order to guarantee training. If they are not required, they will be canceled 4 weeks before the date of the course so that bookings can be made here. Inquiries (at the earliest one year in advance) with exact details of the date/topic/room, teacher and, if necessary, the need for a porter after prior inspection of the special booking plan should be sent to:

• Magnus Schlesinger (contact person only for TU Dortmund University courses as part of the training program, for all rooms and outdoor facilities of the Sports Institute) or
• University Sports (contact person for other events outside of teaching at TU Dortmund University, rooms and outdoor facilities as above) )
